Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Cissna: Page 3, line 19, following "resources.": Insert "(a)" Page 3, following line 25: Insert a new subsection to read: "(b) A list provided under (a) of this section must include the name, specialty, and credential of each mental health service provider listed." 2006-05-08 House Journal Page 3892 Representative Cissna moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted.
